The 2023 China (Wenzhou), International Pump and Valve Exhibition was officially opened at the Wenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 13. The China Machinery Industry Federation is hosting this exhibition, along with the Zhejiang Province Council for International Trade Promotion and the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government. The Wenzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade is hosting the event, along with the Wenzhou Economic and Information Bureau and the Wenzhou Bay New Area Management Committee. It's also hosted by the Longwan District People's Government and the Yongjia County People's Government. Executive organizer is Zhejiang De Na International Exhibition Co., Ltd.
Zhang Zhenfeng holdt en videotale ved åbningsceremonien. Han er borgmester i Wenzhou kommunale folkestyre. Wenzhou er nu den største produktionsbase for pumper og ventiler i landet, med de højeste koncentrationer af virksomheder samt det bredeste udvalg af produktkategorier og specifikationer. Wenzhou blev udvalgt af ministeriet for industri og informationsteknologi til at indgå i det første parti af karakteristiske industrielle klynger til små og mellemstore virksomheder.
