Ningbo Fashion Festival, grundlagt i 1997, blev i 2019 opgraderet til Ningbo Fashion Festival. Ningbo kommunale regering, China National Textile and Apparel Industry Federation og andre skabte denne internationale professionelle og platformsbegivenhed. Denne modefestival, med sit årlige tema "Østens trend, mode i Ningbo", har fem serier af begivenheder: modetopmøder, modeudstillinger, modefora, modeudgivelser og modeaftaler. Disse aktiviteter er designet til at styrke Ningbo med mode og omfavne fremtiden gennem industrien.
